Named after the Capra family who were major landowners in North Devon. Anne is a direct descendant of this Norman family.

The self catering annex has an en-suite double master bedroom, a further bathroom with a shower and two twin bedded rooms. One of the twin room beds can be joined to form a double bed.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  There is also a downstairs utility room. The dining area comfortably seats six or seven people.  There is a well decorated lounge with TV/DVD/Video, a CD player and stereo, and is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating.  There is a laundry room on site and we also offer serviced washes.

There are books and games to enjoy and you will find everything spotlessly clean on arrival.

The cottage has a garden with patio area for relaxing summer evenings.
